Boat Diving

Diving from a boat can give you access to remote dive sites that are otherwise impossible to reach. Additionally, a boat can carry your gear and supplies all in one place and offers a reassuring presence in case of an emergency.

Liveaboard diving is available across the UK from Cornwall to Scotland. The advantage here is in finding a good skipper with lots of local knowledge and having all your dives planned out for you at the best dive sports in a region. Liveaboards can range from as little as a few days to a couple of weeks. The kind of intensive diving you will get done on a liveaboard will really further your skills, and there are many remote dive spots in the UK that can only be accessed with a such long boat journeys.
